1. Construction location, scale and main construction contents

The annual output of 250,000 precision reducer bevel gears and hypoid gears has been increased. At present, the production scale of precision small-modulus bevel gears, precision reducer bevel gears and hypoid gears has been formed as a whole, totaling 8.25 million.

 

2. Construction process and environmental protection approval

 

Jinhua xintian gear co., LTD. Was located at no.28 meilang road, wuyi county in 2003. In November 2007, the company implemented an annual output of 5 million precision gear production line relocation technology renovation project, which was compiled by jinhua institute of environmental sciences environmental assessment report, and approved by wuyi environmental protection bureau in December 2007 (approval document no. : wuhuan construction [2007] no. 165). In March 2008, it moved to no. 63-1, baihuashan industrial functional zone, wuyi economic development zone (within the new factory area of zhengdian company), covering an area of 4000 square meters. After the completion of the project in 2011, it has formed the production scale of annual output of 8 million gears together with the original 3 million production lines. At the end of 2011, the project was suspended in March 2012 due to the timely demand of the company to take back the leased plant. Xintian gear company re-leased the new factory building of hengyou company, no. 32 mudan south road, baihuashan industrial functional zone, economic development zone, covering an area of 12,000 square meters. In 2012, the company started the overall relocation and implemented the technical transformation project of adding 250,000 precision reducer bevel gear and hypoid gear production line. The project was put on record by wuyi county bureau of economy and commerce in September 2012, after which it was postponed for several times. In July 2015, jinhua institute of environmental science (now renamed jinhua huanke environmental technology co., LTD.) prepared the eia report, which was approved by wuyi environmental protection bureau in September 2015 (no. 167 of wuhuan construction [2015]). In November 2015, the project equipment investment has been completed. The enterprise has applied for the urban sewage discharge into the drainage pipe network permit in October 2017, and the sewage discharge permit has not been applied for yet.

 

It is understood that there is no environmental complaint, violation or punishment record in the process from project approval to commissioning.

 

3. Construction investment

 

The actual total investment of the project is 30 million yuan, of which 550,000 yuan is invested in environmental protection, mainly for the treatment of waste water, waste gas, noise and solid waste.

 

4. Acceptance scope

Correspondingly, 100 sets of CNC milling machines, 7 sets of ultrasonic cleaning machines, 1 set of ammonia gas decomposition furnace, 1 vacuum carburizing furnace, 1 sintering furnace, 61 sets of nitrogen production machine and other equipment were added. The total investment of the project is 30 million yuan, of which 550,000 yuan is for environmental protection. There is no significant change in the scale of the project compared with the main construction content and the eia content.

 

Construction of environmental protection facilities

In the construction and production process of this project, according to the requirements of wuhuan construction [2007] no.165, wuhuan construction [2015] no.167 and environmental impact assessment, environmental protection work has been comprehensively paid attention to and implemented item by item in the construction and pilot production process. At the same time, it attaches great importance to and implements the concept of clean production, strictly implements the environmental protection system, pays attention to environmental protection in the whole process from production to sales, effectively and reasonably disposes of various pollutants, ensures the standard and stable operation, and reduces the emission of pollutants as far as possible. The following is the implementation of specific measures for pollutant treatment and disposal:

 

The project has implemented rainwater pollution diversion. The cleaning wastewater generated by the project shall be recycled after being treated by the production wastewater treatment facilities designed and constructed by yixing jianhua water treatment co., LTD. Canteen sewage is treated by sludge, oil separation pretreatment and other domestic sewage together with buried domestic sewage treatment facilities. After reaching the standard of aerobic and anaerobic treatment, canteen sewage is piped into wuyi county sewage treatment plant for treatment.

 

Sand blasting dust of this project is treated by a cloth bag dust collector with its own; Gas collection facilities for quenching waste gas; The corresponding workshop has been equipped with forced ventilation facilities to avoid the accumulation of unorganized exhaust gas in the workshop. Sand blasting waste gas is processed by the cloth bag dust collector of the equipment and reaches the standard, and then discharged through the 15m high exhaust cylinder. After the quenching exhaust gas is processed by the gas collecting device and reaches the corresponding standard, it is discharged through the 15m high exhaust cylinder. In the process of project implementation, select low-noise production equipment, install vibration damping pads, strengthen the daily maintenance and management of equipment, avoid abnormal work noise, and meet the relevant standards of noise in the factory boundary. All solid waste generated by the project shall be collected uniformly and piled up reasonably. The waste oil generated by milling teeth and the waste emulsion produced by finishing processing of the project are hazardous solid waste, which has been entrusted to jinhua laiyiyuan environmental protection technology development co., ltd. with the qualification of hazardous waste disposal for disposal. Other general solid waste, scrap metal scrap, metal dust collection take-out to wuyi county wuyang waste materials recycling co., LTD. Household garbage by the sanitation department unified clearance, sanitary landfill.

5. Rectification requirements
